Can a courier collect my parcel from home?+

Yes, AlilPost arranges parcel pickup across Israel. Contact a manager to agree on the address and a convenient time.

What affects the delivery price?+

The destination, delivery method, weight and dimensions. For air delivery, volumetric weight is calculated as length × width × height in centimetres / 5000. If it exceeds the actual weight, volumetric weight is used.

Which documents do I need?+

International shipments require a declaration. The documents needed depend on the contents and destination country — a manager will help clarify the requirements.

How do I check delivery times and restrictions?+

Before shipping, ask a manager about delivery times and permitted contents for your destination. Times are estimates and may change during transport and customs clearance.
